Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you encounter an item with quality issues or damages, please contact me at alexgoldstudios@gmail.com immediately so I can evaluate the issue and make things right!
Size Exchanges
Due to the nature of print on demand products, I can not offer size exchanges, returns, or refunds for apparel sizing issues. Please be sure to check size guides on each product before purchasing to ensure the best fit. If you feel the size guide does not accurately reflect the size you purchased, please reach out to alexgoldstudios@gmail.com and I'll see what I can do.
If you'd like to purchase another size to get a better fit, let me know and I can offer you a discounted price on the item for your next order.
Refunds
In the case of damages/issues in which a refund is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
